Varnika Vaddiraju
Physiotherapist
Varnika obtained her physiotherapy qualification from the University of Melbourne and also holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree. She is committed to providing strong evidence-based care with a holistic, patient-centered approach, incorporating both exercise interventions and manual therapy into her treatment.
Having completed her Honours thesis in women’s health, Varnika has a developed a special interest in this area, and endeavors to support women’s health patients through all stages of life, helping to manage pain, improve daily function and build confidence in their movement. Varnika is also curious about new research and enjoys translating evidence into meaningful care.
With a background in disability support, Varnika has a deep appreciation for care over the lifespan and is passionate about the use of health education as a powerful tool of empowerment, whilst providing compassionate and inclusive care that is personalised to individual needs and goals. Varnika values building strong, positive relationships with her patients, and believes collaborative decision-making is key to achieving meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, Varnika enjoys taking long walks by the beach, seeking out the latest dessert cafe, and has recently ventured into dancing.
