Chelsea completed her physiotherapy qualification at the University of Melbourne, graduating from Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Physiotherapy degrees. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care through a holistic approach, integrating exercise-based rehabilitation and hands-on therapy to empower individuals in their recovery and long-term well-being.

With two years of experience as a sports trainer at a VAFA Football Club, Chelsea has developed a strong interest in sports injury management, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Chelsea also has a background in disability support, where she has strengthened her ability to adapt treatment plans to suit people of all abilities, ensuring that care is tailored to each individual’s goals and functional needs.

Chelsea enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on neck and back pain, headaches, and osteoarthritis. She believes in an active approach to rehabilitation and has a keen interest in Clinical Pilates, having completed her DMA Clinical Pilates certification.

Chelsea values strong communication and collaboration with her patients, aiming to create a supportive and motivating environment for recovery.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys going to the gym, practicing Pilates, reading, and spending time with her cats. She’s always keen to have a chat about what books you’re reading and shows you’re watching!
