Doctor of Physiotherapy (University of Melbourne)
Suehaila completed her physiotherapy qualification at the University of Melbourne, obtaining both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Physiotherapy degrees. Having worked with football clubs in the Victorian Amateur Football Association and more locally within the Northern Football Netball League, Sue has developed her skills in injury assessment and management. She is also very passionate about injury prevention and improving athlete performance.
Sue’s areas of interests include treating the upper and lower body, helping patients return to their activities and sports, and working with young athletes and children, including having some experience with neurodivergent patients. Additionally, Sue is our Clinical Educator/Supervisor for student physiotherapists, helping guide our next generation.
Being both a qualified DMA Clinical Pilates instructor and a Strength and Conditioning coach, Sue is passionate about the use of exercise in rehabilitation. She also assists in running the GLA:D program for hip and knee osteoarthritis, and provides Dry Needling as a treatment option.
Outside of physiotherapy, Sue is actively involved in playing basketball and tennis, and wishes she could be better at playing the guitar!
