Henrietta Paviluppillai – Physiotherapist

Henrietta completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Melbourne University prior to graduating from her Physiotherapy degree with honours at Monash University. Henrietta enjoys assessing and managing musculoskeletal injuries and tailoring corrective exercise programs which focus on sport specific recovery. She also gets great satisfaction and positive outcomes treating more complex cases such as vestibular dysfunctions (Vertigo/BPPV).

Henrietta has provided physiotherapy to teams in both the Victoria Amateur Football Association and Victorian Premier Cricket Leagues. She is currently working alongside Jocelyn Yew, providing Physiotherapy for the Banyule Netball Association. Henrietta is a key provider in our Clinical Pilates program undertaking individual assessments, class supervision and program development.

Outside of work, Henrietta enjoys running, hiking and cricket and is also learning the guitar with the hope of being able to play ‘Ice ice baby’ by the year 2037.
