Caitlin Dale

Caitlin is a Watsonia local who went to Montmorency High School and graduated from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She is an experienced sports trainer having worked with both the Diamond Creek Football Club in the local NFNL, and Sandringham Football Club in the VFL.

Caitlin’s professional interest is in Women’s health, in particular managing musculoskeletal complaints in pre- and post-natal women. She is continuing to undertake further study to progress her knowledge in this area. Additionally, she loves that physiotherapy allows her to see people from all walks of life and across the lifespan. She firmly believes that a combination of manual therapies and exercise prescription obtains the best results for her clients.

Caitlin has undergone additional training in Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling, and is able to offer these services at the clinic.

Away from work, Caitlin is a mad sports fan that can always be found at the footy supporting her mighty Essendon Bombers, or at the netball cheering on the Melbourne Vixens.
